All guests and their visitors are requested to carefully read and comply with the following guidelines during their stay.

Visitor Registration

• All visitors must register at the hotel reception before entering guest rooms or restricted areas.

• Visitors are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as:

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Passport

  • Driving License

• Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest areas at any time.

Visiting Hours

• Visitors are allowed in guest rooms only between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• After 6:00 PM, visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms.

• Meetings beyond visiting hours may take place in designated public areas, such as:

  • Lobby

  • Restaurant

(Subject to hotel discretion and availability)

Number of Visitors

• A maximum of two (2) visitors per room is allowed at any given time.

• Large gatherings, celebrations, or parties inside guest rooms are strictly prohibited.

• Any exception requires prior written approval from hotel management.

Visitor Access to Hotel Facilities

• Visitors may access public facilities, including:

  • Restaurant

  • Banquet areas
    (Subject to availability and applicable charges)

• Access to guest-only amenities is strictly restricted, including:

  • Villas

  • Private lawns

  • Other reserved guest spaces

Responsibility & Conduct

• Registered guests are fully responsible for the conduct and behaviour of their visitors.

• Any damage to hotel property caused by visitors will be charged to the registered guest’s account.

• The hotel reserves the right to deny entry or request removal of any visitor who is:

  • Disruptive

  • Intoxicated

  • Violating hotel rules or local regulations

Security & Privacy

• For security reasons, visitor entry may be restricted during:

  • High-security periods

  • Situations directed by local authorities

• Hotel staff may request visitors to leave the premises at any time if policies are not followed.

Overnight Stay Policy

• Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight in guest rooms without:

  • Prior registration

  • Payment of applicable charges

• All overnight guests must be:

  • Properly registered at the front desk

  • Carry valid government-issued identification

  • Compliant with applicable government regulations
