To maintain high standards of hospitality and safety, we request all guests to kindly adhere to the following Hotel Rules & Regulations during their stay.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 1:00 PM

• Check-out time: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, such as:

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Passport

  • Voter ID

  • Driving License

Room Occupancy

• Rooms are strictly for use by registered guests only.

• Visitors are permitted as per the Visitor’s Policy and must register at the reception.

• Maximum room occupancy is limited according to the room type and booking details.

Payment & Billing

• Room charges, applicable taxes, and security deposits must be settled at the time of booking confirmation or as per the reservation policy.

• All additional expenses (including dining, minibar, laundry, or other services) must be cleared before check-out.

• The hotel accepts:

  • Major credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • UPI payments

• Personal cheques are not accepted.

Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behaviour toward fellow guests and hotel staff.

• Loud music, parties, or any activity causing disturbance to others is strictly prohibited.

• Any illegal activity, misconduct, or violation of hotel rules may result in immediate eviction and could be reported to local authorities.

Safety & Security

• CCTV cameras are installed in public areas for guest safety.

• Guests are advised to store valuables in the in-room safe. The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables.

• Fire safety equipment and emergency exits are clearly marked. Guests are requested to familiarize themselves with evacuation routes.

Property Damage

• Guests will be held responsible for any damage, loss, or defacement of hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors.

• The hotel reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs from the registered guest’s account.

Smoking, Alcohol & Drugs

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and indoor public areas.

• Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and private rooms, in accordance with local laws.

• Possession or use of narcotic substances is a criminal offense and will result in immediate police action.

Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises unless explicitly permitted by management under specific conditions.

Banquets, Events & Public Areas

• Guests organizing events must coordinate with the banquet or event management team in advance.

• Decorations, music, and catering arrangements must comply with hotel policies and local regulations.

Lost & Found

• Any lost or found items should be reported to the front desk immediately.

• Found items will be securely stored for 30 days, after which they may be disposed of as per hotel policy.

Management Rights

• The management reserves the right to refuse service or admission to any person violating hotel rules or causing disturbance.

• The hotel reserves the right to amend or modify these rules at any time without prior notice.
